Khatija Sacranie – Founding Partner
Khatija is a seasoned legal strategist with two decades of experience advising private equity firms, corporates, financial institutions, and international funds across the US, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. Before founding Adira Legal, she served as a senior lawyer at the World Bank Group in Washington DC, and various large banks in the City of London.
She led high-volume legal outsourcing projects for some of the world's most demanding institutions. She began her legal career at Latham and Watkins in London and Allen & Overy in Dubai.
Her work spans M&A, fund structuring, commercial negotiations, and complex cross-border regulatory matters. With over 20,000 legal documents reviewed under her leadership at Adira Legal to date, Khatija brings unmatched precision, speed, and commercial insight to the legal review process.
